NORDIANCE
Privacy & cookies
This notice explains how Nordiance handles personal data when you visit our website or contact us about our B2B consulting services.
Controller and contact
Nordiance · Danish company registration (CVR) 46768469 Smalbykær 13, 9310 Vodskov, Denmark Email: contact@nordiance.com Contact us here with privacy questions or to exercise your rights.
contact@nordiance.comInformation we process
When you contact us, we process your name, work email, company, country, product area and message, plus your phone number and website if provided, and subsequent correspondence. We obtain this information from you. Please do not send national identification numbers, health information, passwords or other sensitive information. Required form fields are needed to handle your enquiry; other fields are optional. You may also email us directly.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your information to answer questions, assess potential cooperation and follow up on your enquiry. For business representatives, our basis is our legitimate interest in relevant B2B communication under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Where you personally would be party to a contract, necessary pre-contractual steps requested by you may fall under Article 6(1)(b). Website operation and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Service providers and access
Simply.com provides website hosting and email. Relevant team members and trusted technical providers may access information where needed to handle your enquiry or operate our systems. Processors must be covered by data processing agreements. We do not sell your information. The form does not automatically share enquiries with manufacturers or commercial partners, including partners in China. Any later sharing for a specific project must be assessed separately with an appropriate legal basis and information. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Simply.com A/S. Their security documentation places their data and infrastructure in Denmark. The agreement restricts processing to the EEA, subject to its stated exceptions for written approval or legal requirements. Simply states that customer data is not transferred to third countries. This describes Simply hosting and email, not separate services you may use to send us information.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted no later than 12 months after the last relevant contact. If cooperation begins, necessary information is retained according to contract purposes, statutory documentation duties and potential legal claims; additional information is provided where needed. The form does not store message bodies in a separate leads database. Abuse prevention uses a pseudonymised IP identifier within fixed one-hour periods, not for cross-site tracking. Records expire at the end of the period and are removed by scheduled WordPress cleanup; delayed cleanup may extend actual storage. Deleted information may temporarily remain in backups until overwritten. Simply states that its logs are retained for 14 days. Website hosting and email are backed up daily, normally with 30 days of retention. These periods apply to Simply logs and backups, not our ordinary correspondence.
Cookies and technical information
The Nordiance theme includes no advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Language selection is carried in the page URL, not a tracking cookie. WordPress and installed operational, security or consent tools may process technical information and use cookies. Hosting may log IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and errors for operation and security. Non-essential cookies may only be enabled after consent. If these features are enabled, a cookie overview must identify providers, purposes and lifetimes and allow you to change or withdraw consent.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights are not absolute; legal retention obligations can, for example, limit erasure. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email contact@nordiance.com. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk. We normally respond to rights requests within one month.
