HOW WE HELP
A clear route into Denmark.
From insight to action.
Whether you are exploring Denmark for the first time or developing an existing sales channel, we help turn market questions into a practical plan. Each engagement is shaped around your product, your priorities and the support you need.
A focused starting point
We begin with a conversation about your products, target customers and current position. Together, we agree the questions to answer, the scope, the deliverables, the timetable and the fee before work begins.
Understand the market
We look at where your product could fit in Denmark: relevant customer segments, competing solutions, pricing and routes to market. We use local market knowledge and, where agreed, conversations with installers or potential partners to test assumptions.
Depending on the agreed scope
- Market and competitor overview
- Customer segments and positioning recommendations
- Prioritised opportunities, barriers and next steps
Prepare and validate
We help identify what needs to be clarified before launch, including installation needs, local product documentation and questions for relevant specialists. Where appropriate, we coordinate pilot installations or field tests with local partners and collect structured feedback.
Depending on the agreed scope
- A practical readiness checklist and agreed test scope
- Coordination with installers and specialist advisers
- Product feedback and recommended follow-up actions
Connect and launch
We identify relevant distributors, installers and potential customers and support introductions and follow-up. We can also help adapt sales material, plan local marketing and organise feedback from the market as your commercial activity develops.
Depending on the agreed scope
- A targeted partner or customer shortlist
- Introduction and follow-up support
- Locally adapted sales material and marketing support

Start with a Denmark Market Entry Assessment
A focused, fixed-fee assessment is a practical first project. We agree its scope upfront and bring together the opportunities, barriers and recommended next steps in a clear decision brief. You can then decide whether further support is useful.
Consulting for businesses. Scope and fees are agreed before work begins. Payment by invoice and bank transfer.
Flexible support. Clear responsibilities.
Work can be a standalone analysis, an agreed pilot project or ongoing local support. My team and I support you directly and coordinate with relevant partners. Installation, testing and specialist advice are assigned to the appropriate parties; their roles and costs are agreed separately where needed.
Introductions do not guarantee sales. Pilots do not replace formal certification. We do not issue regulatory approvals or promise market acceptance.
